Sflaming Hog Private Limited

Sflaming Hog is up on the first floor of Plot B/25 in Siddhi Vihar. It’s a bit of a climb if you’re carrying heavy boxes, but it’s home for us. Jagmara is a busy area and we fit right in with the hustle. We mostly spend our time in the kitchen or the small office area. It gets hot in the afternoons but the fans keep things moving. We chose this spot because it's central for getting things delivered. It’s not a huge operation by any means. We are just a few people who like food and decided to make a business out of it. There’s always someone washing dishes or checking the inventory. We don't have any fancy speeches about what we do. We just make the food, pack it, and send it out. Sometimes we run out of supplies and someone has to run down to the local market to grab what’s missing. It’s a bit chaotic some days, especially when several orders come in at once. Our space is small so we have to be organized or we’d never find anything. It’s a regular job for us and we take it seriously even if we’re just a small outfit. People in Bhubaneswar know the address and we get a lot of delivery drivers coming up the stairs. It’s just us doing our thing every day and trying to pay the bills.
