We set up our office at Plot No. F/51 in Sailashree Vihar, which is in the northern part of Bhubaneswar. Being in the city is a bit different for an agro-trading company, but Sailashree Vihar is a good, active neighborhood in the Khordha district. We spend our days connecting the farmers from the rural areas with the markets here in the city. It involves a lot of phone calls and keeping track of prices. Our plot isn't a massive warehouse; it’s more of a home base where we manage the logistics. Bhubaneswar is growing fast, so we have to stay on our toes to keep up with the changes. We don't have a corporate feel at all. It’s just us sitting around a table, trying to make sure the trucks arrive on time and the produce is fresh. Sometimes the traffic in Khordha makes things difficult, but we are used to it by now. We deal with all sorts of agro products, and the office usually has the smell of grain or dried spices. We are just regular people who saw that it was hard to get crops from the farms into the city, so we decided to help out with that. It's a lot of coordination and sometimes a bit of stress when a shipment is late, but we like the work. People in the neighborhood know us, and we try to keep things simple and honest in all our dealings.
