Sweashu Infra And Trading Private Limited is based over in HB Colony, Phase-3. Our address is Plot No- L-338 in Dumuduma, right near Aiginia. It’s a part of Bhubaneswar that’s seen a lot of growth lately. We handle a mix of things, mostly related to local building projects and some general trading. The office is pretty basic. We have some maps pinned to the walls and a bunch of samples lying around from different suppliers. It’s usually dusty because of all the construction going on in the neighborhood. We spend our time checking on site deliveries and making sure the supplies are where they should be. It’s not fancy work. Some days we are out in the sun at a site, and other days we are stuck here doing accounts. We have a small team, mostly local guys who know the area well. We don't use big words or have meetings that last for hours. We just talk about what needs to be bought or moved and then we go do it. The internet goes out sometimes when there’s a storm, so we keep physical backups of everything. It’s a practical way of working.
