Sai Food

We are Sai Food, located in Unit-1 of the Market Complex on Tp Road. We’re right near the Badagada Brit Colony, so it's a familiar area for many people living nearby. Working out of a market complex means there’s always noise and people walking past, which we don't mind. We handle various food items here. It’s not a huge space, but we make the most of it. Usually, we're busy from early morning trying to get everything sorted for the day ahead. It’s a lot of back and forth, moving supplies and getting things ready for the people who stop by. We don't go in for anything flashy. We just have our small unit and we keep it as tidy as we can while we work. Some days it feels like there isn't enough time to get through the list of things to do, but we manage. The location is convenient for us since we’re close to the colony. We’ve seen a lot of regulars over the months. We don't really have a big staff, just a few of us doing the heavy lifting and the day-to-day tasks. It's practical work. We spend a lot of time checking the stock and making sure things are fresh. It’s just how we run things here at the complex. Nothing more, nothing less. Just a local food business keeping things moving. We hope to stay here for a long time because we like the community and the rhythm of the market.
