J.B. Foods

You will find J.B. Foods over at Plot No-307 in Ekadali Banapur. We are tucked back near the Bhabanipur Primary School, so we hear the kids playing during their lunch break every day. Balugaon is a nice enough place to work, though it gets quite dusty when the wind picks up. The building we are in is practical and gets the job done. We spend most of our time in the back area where all the food prep happens. It isn't a huge operation, just a few local people working together to get the orders filled. Sometimes the school kids wander by looking for snacks, but we mostly deal with the bigger batches. The road to the school can get a bit narrow when two cars try to pass each other. We’ve been at this plot for a while and the locals know where we are if they need anything. It’s mostly just a routine of checking the supplies and making sure the kitchen area is clean. We don't have a website or anything like that, just our sign out front and the word of mouth from people in the neighborhood. The heat in Banapur can be tough in the summer, so we try to get most of the heavy work done in the early morning. It’s a simple life, just making food and keeping the business going one day at a time. We don't try to be anything we aren't.
