Lewis Road is always busy. We are right by Jyoti Motors. It's hot in the kitchen today. We have been here in Bjb Nagar for a long time. People walk in for a quick bite. Sometimes we run out of things. It's just how a small place works. You can hear the bikes outside. We spend most of our time prepping. It's a lot of chopping and stirring. The walls could use a new coat of paint maybe. We just keep going. It's not fancy. Just a spot on the road where we do our thing. Every morning we open up and start the stove. The smell fills the air pretty fast. People from the nearby offices come over. We know a few of them by name now. It’s funny how you get used to the noise of the traffic. Sometimes we just sit on the stools when it's quiet. Lewis Road never really stops though. We just keep the food coming and the counters wiped down. It’s what we do here in Bhubaneshwar. If you find the Plot Number 2132/5140, you’ve found us. Nothing more to it really. Just a local shop trying to get through the day like everyone else in this neighborhood. We don't change much. It is what it is.
