Excellence Tutorial

We've been running Excellence Tutorial here in Tamando for a while now. The building is right in the heart of Bhubaneshwar, zip code 752054. It’s not a huge place, just a few rooms where students come to sit down and go over their notes. Most of the kids live nearby, so they just walk or bike over after their regular school day ends. We spend a lot of time just sitting at the desks, looking at textbooks and trying to figure out the tough parts of the lessons. Sometimes it gets a bit loud when everyone is talking at once, but mostly it's just quiet work. The walls have some old charts on them and the fans hum all afternoon. People usually find us easily enough once they get to this part of Tamando. We don’t have any fancy signs or anything like that. It’s just a plain space where learning happens day in and day out. Sometimes parents drop by to check on how things are going, and we just tell them what we saw that day. There isn't much more to it than that. We open up in the morning, get the chairs ready, and wait for the first group to arrive. It’s a steady routine that we’ve gotten used to over the years. By the time evening rolls around, we’re packing up the books and turning off the lights, getting ready to do it all again tomorrow. We just take it one day at a time here in Bhubaneshwar.
