Our place, Binayak Tutorials, is tucked away in Kachera Matha near Balagandi Square in Puri. It’s a part of town that stays pretty active throughout the day. Most people find us by looking for the square first and then walking down. The rooms here are basic. We have benches that have seen a lot of use over the years. We didn’t spend much on decorations, just put up what was necessary for the students to see their work clearly on the boards. Usually, the morning starts with unlocking the heavy doors and making sure the lights are working. Sometimes the power goes out, which is common here, but we just carry on with the windows open. It gets a bit loud outside because of the traffic moving through Balagandi, but inside everyone usually stays focused on their books. We don't have a huge staff, just a few of us who show up every day to keep things running. The walls are painted a simple off-white, and there’s a small corner where we keep some extra chalk and notebooks. Parents often park their cycles out front when they come to pick up their kids. It can get a bit crowded in the narrow lane, but everyone is used to it by now. We don't do anything flashy here. It's just a place for learning. Most of the time, we are just busy with the daily schedule and making sure the door is locked properly at night before heading home.
