Chandra Sekhar Academy

This academy is located right out on the Konark Marine Drive Road in Chhaitana. Being in Puri, we are quite close to the coast. You can often feel the salt in the air and hear the wind coming off the water. It’s a bit of a drive from the main town, so it’s quieter here. The students often come by bus or their parents drop them off on their way to work. The building sits there along the road, pretty much on its own. We have some space around us, which is nice compared to the crowded schools in the city center. It’s a regular school day for us, starting with the morning bell and ending in the afternoon heat. We have kids of all ages running around during the lunch break. The academy isn't about being fancy; it's just about getting the work done. The classrooms are basic but they do the job. Sometimes the road outside gets busy with people heading towards Konark, but inside it stays mostly focused. We have teachers who have been here for years and know the families in the Chhaitana area. It’s a practical place. We don’t spend much time on big speeches or polished brochures. We just open the gates, teach the lessons, and make sure the kids are doing their homework. It’s a simple life out here by the sea, and we just keep things moving along.
