Our restaurant is located at Plot No-1070/8 in Jagamohan Nagar. That is in the Khandagiri area of Bhubaneswar. The name on the front is Akinchan Resturant and Services. We do food and a few other things too. It is a busy neighborhood with a lot of people moving around. We are not a fancy place with waiters in uniforms. It is more of a local spot where you can get a quick meal. I spend most of my time in the kitchen or behind the counter. It is usually quite hot near the burners. We have a regular crowd that comes in from the nearby houses and offices. The menu is simple and we don't change it much. We focus on getting the cooking right. Sometimes we run out of ingredients and I have to go to the market myself. The floors need constant cleaning because of the foot traffic. We have been in Jagamohan Nagar for a while now. Bhubaneswar has grown a lot around us. We just keep doing our thing. It is hard work and the hours are long. We stay open late most nights. There are no corporate rules here. We just treat people normally and hope they like the food. It is a basic business run by real people who care about their work.
