We’ve been here at Plot No.L-1204 in Shivam Estate for a while now. It’s Phase 2 of Chhatral, so it’s mostly industrial stuff around us. Most days start pretty early because that’s just how the garlic business goes. You get used to the smell after a few minutes, but visitors always notice it right away. We spend a lot of time sorting through bags and making sure everything is ready to go out. It isn't a fancy setup here, just a practical space where we get the work done. Some days the trucks are late and we're just sitting around waiting, then other times it's three things happening at once. Chhatral is a busy spot, lots of dust and noise from the other units nearby. We have a small team, mostly local folks who know the drill. We don’t really do big meetings or anything like that. We just look at what came in and decide what needs doing first. Sometimes the weather makes it tough, especially when it’s humid and the garlic needs extra care so it doesn't spoil. We've got our routine down though. People around here know where to find us if they need a bulk order. It’s just honest work, nothing too complicated about it. We keep the floor as clean as we can, but with garlic skins everywhere, it’s a constant battle. That's just life at Shivkrupa Garlic for us.
