If you are looking for us, we are out in Changa, which is part of the Petlad Taluka in the Anand district of Gujarat. It’s a bit of a rural setting, surrounded by fields and open space. Being a pharmacy college, we have a lot of labs filled with glass bottles, scales, and various bits of equipment that smell faintly of chemicals. The building itself is sturdy and spread out to give everyone enough room to work. We spend a lot of time in white coats, looking at samples or reading through thick textbooks. The weather in Anand can get very hot, so the afternoons are usually pretty quiet as everyone stays indoors. There is a lot of walking involved to get from the main gate to the different departments. We have a small library that’s usually quite full during exam season. The staff here are mostly concerned with making sure the experiments go right and the students attend their lectures. It isn't a flashy place with high-end decor; it’s more about the practical side of things. We have some benches outside under the trees for breaks. Most people around here know us as the pharmacy college down the road from the main post office. It’s just a steady, working environment where we focus on the science and keep things running smoothly.
