Mishri Roller Flour Mills Llp

The flour mill is located at Dabhan near Nadiad, right off National Highway 8. We are tucked in near Ashok Timber. If you drive by, you’ll probably see the dust and hear the machines humming from the road. It’s a loud place to work but you get used to it after a week. We grind a lot of grain throughout the week. The mill has been running for a while now as an LLP. It’s a lot of heavy lifting with the big bags of flour. My clothes are usually covered in white powder by the time I head home for dinner. We don’t have a fancy office, just a small desk in the corner of the warehouse. The highway makes it easy for the trucks to come and go without getting stuck in town traffic. Kheda is a good district for this kind of work. We work with local farmers mostly. Sometimes the harvest is great and other times it’s a bit thin. We just process whatever comes through the gate. It’s a simple business model without any frills or marketing nonsense. We don't do much in the way of promotion. People know where we are if they need flour in bulk. It’s a steady rhythm of grinding and packing. Just honest work that keeps us busy from sunrise to sunset every single day.
