Dhara Agro Producer Company Limited is based out of Siraskheda, Mundapandey. We are a small team of people who are mostly focused on the agricultural production side of things. Our village is where we spend all our time, and the "office" is really just a place where we sit down after a long day in the fields to sort through the day’s numbers. It’s a practical setup, nothing more than what we need. We don’t have any fancy mission statements or corporate goals written on the walls. We just want to make sure the work gets done and that we can get our products to the right places. Siraskheda is a hardworking place, and we try to reflect that in how we run things. Sometimes the electricity goes out or the roads get difficult after a heavy rain, but we just keep going. We talk to other farmers around Mundapandey and try to figure out the best way to handle the seasons. It’s a lot of physical labor and a bit of mental stress when the market prices fluctuate, but we’re used to it by now. We are just regular people who grew up here and decided to work together. We don't have a big PR department to write this for us, so this is just us telling it like it is. We stay busy, we stay local, and we just keep trying to do the work.
