Maa Bricks

Maa Bricks is located at number 206 in Gole Bazar. That’s right in Kharagpur, over in the West Medhnapur district. Being in Gole Bazar means it is always noisy and there are people everywhere. It’s a central spot, which is good for business but can be a bit of a headache when we are trying to unload a big shipment. We don’t have a massive yard since we are right in the bazaar area, so we have to be smart about how we stack things. It’s a lot of back and forth. People come in from all over the district to get what they need. We spend our days mostly talking to customers and checking on the stock. It gets very humid here in West Medhnapur, so we are usually sweating by ten in the morning. We don't have air conditioning or anything like that, just a couple of old fans in the small office area. It’s a family-run kind of thing, so we all chip in where we can. Sometimes the paperwork gets a bit messy, but the bricks are always there. We have been in Kharagpur for a long time. People know where 206 Gole Bazar is, so they just walk in. We don't do much marketing because word of mouth is usually enough for us. It’s just a regular local business in a busy market trying to keep up with the daily orders.
