Mavullamma Earth Movers

We run Mavullamma Earth Movers from Kamalapuram Village, specifically at H. No. 5-114. This is deep in the Mudigonda Mandal of Khammam District. If you live around here, you’ve probably seen our yellow machines working on a plot of land or clearing out a field. It is a family business that we started because there was so much construction and farm work happening in the district. We don't have a fancy office in the city. Our office is the front room of the house and the yard where we keep the grease and the spare parts. Moving dirt and leveling ground is what we do every day. The weather usually dictates our schedule; if it rains too hard, we have to stop for a bit so the machines don't get stuck in the mud. My sons help with the maintenance and the driving. We know the land in this part of Khammam very well. It is hard on the back and the ears, but it pays the bills. We don't have a lot of brochures or anything like that. People just see the work we did for their neighbor and give us a call. We try to keep the machines in good shape so they don't break down in the middle of a job. It is a simple life in the village, and we like being part of the growth here. We keep working until the job is finished.
