Mds Stone

Mds Stone is tucked away in the Pith Bazar area near Lal Darwaza. Specifically, we are in Pakhaliwad. It is a very old part of the city and the streets can be quite narrow and crowded with people and carts. We are located near the Surat Hospital, which is the main landmark everyone uses to find us. Dealing with stones means things get a bit messy and there is always some grit on the floor. We have different types of stone stacked up wherever we can find room. It is a busy place where we spend the whole day measuring and moving pieces for local building projects. The neighbors are mostly other small shops and families who have lived here for generations. It gets noisy with the bazaar right outside our door, but we are used to it by now. We don't have a fancy showroom. Most people just come in and look at the slabs we have on hand. It's a bit of a walk from the main road, but once you get to the hospital, we are just a short distance away. Our team is just a few local guys who know how to handle the heavy lifting. We try to keep things organized but in a stone yard, that is easier said than done. We just focus on getting the right pieces to the right people so they can finish their houses or shops.
