It's a bit of a walk from the main road but most people find us okay once they get into the colony. This part of Orissa is very involved with mining and metal, so it makes sense for us to be right here. We use this space to manage the logistical side of our steel operations. It isn't a flashy place at all. It's just a building where we sit down and go through the orders and delivery schedules for the week. The roads around here can be a bit rough after the heavy rain, but that doesn't stop us from getting the work done. We know the local area well and most of the people around here know what we do for a living. We aren't big on corporate meetings or any of that stuff. We just talk about what needs to happen for the day and then we go ahead and do it. Sometimes we have tea and discuss the latest local news before getting back to the spreadsheets. It's a very local feel here in Keonjhar. We don't have a marketing team, just us making sure the steel gets to the right construction sites. It's a steady pace of work. We've been in this colony for a while and we plan on staying right here.
