This office is where Shamsparwez, the assistant manager, handles the pellet plant stuff. We’re right on the Barbil-Joda Highway, so there’s always a lot of dust and noise from the traffic. Orissa is a busy place for steel and power, and Barbil is right in the thick of it. The road gets pretty jammed up with trucks sometimes, making it a bit of a trek to get in. Inside, it’s mostly just desks, computers, and a lot of logbooks. We don't have a receptionist or anything like that, you just walk in and find whoever you’re looking for. Usually, someone is out at the plant and someone else is back here handling the paperwork. It’s a bit of a messy setup sometimes, with blueprints and schedules pinned to the walls. We've been at this location for a while because it’s convenient for the highway. You don’t need a fancy map to find us, just look for the signs of the plant nearby. It’s hard work, especially when the weather isn’t cooperating, but that’s the reality of the pellet plant business. We aren't here to impress anyone with a shiny office. We’re here to make sure the plant keeps running and the managers have what they need to stay on track. It’s a simple operation, run by people who live nearby. It works for us and we keep moving.
