Om Stone Traders

Om Stone Traders is located right on Jabalpur Road in Bhargava, right next to Shri Hospital. It’s a convenient landmark because everyone knows where the hospital is. Our yard is filled with different kinds of stone, and it’s a pretty heavy-duty environment. There’s always a fine layer of stone dust on everything, including our clothes and the old computer on the desk. We spend most of our time outside, checking the slabs or helping load up the trucks that come and go throughout the day. The sun beats down on the stone quite a bit, making it hot to the touch in the afternoons. We don’t have a fancy showroom; if you want to see the stone, you just walk out into the lot with us and look at the piles. It can be a bit messy when it rains because the ground gets soft, but we manage to keep the trucks moving. We talk to a lot of builders and some homeowners who are just looking for a few pieces for a small project. We try to be straightforward about what we have and what it costs. No one here wears a suit. We’re usually in boots and covered in a bit of grit. It’s honest work, and we’ve been at this spot long enough to know the local trade pretty well. We stay open until the last truck leaves.
