We started this group in Melparamba because a lot of us nearby were farming anyway. Gfarmex Bio Farmers Producer Company Limited is based out of the first floor of the Amma Complex. It's just a regular office where we handle the paperwork and coordinate with the different growers. Being in Kalanad Post makes it easy for people to drop by. We’ve been working together for a while now to get things moving. It isn't always easy keeping everyone on the same page, but that is how it goes with a producer company. Most of the days are spent talking to farmers or checking on what is being grown this season. We are not some big city corporation, just people from around here trying to manage the bio-farming side of things. The office is right there on the first floor, number CGP - XXII/431D. Sometimes it gets a bit crowded when everyone shows up at once. We handle the distribution and try to make sure the crops get where they need to go. It’s practical work. We aren't doing anything fancy, just the day-to-day tasks that keep a farm business running. If you are ever around the Melparamba area, you’ll see our sign. It's a local effort, and we take it one day at a time. The paperwork can be a headache, but we manage it between us. We've got a small team and we just do what needs doing to keep the bio-farmers supported.
