Mother Therasha Nursing College

Our college is situated right on NH-67 in the L G B Nagar area of Karur. Mother Therasha Nursing College is a place where young people come to learn the nursing profession. Being located on the main highway makes it very easy for the local buses to drop the students off right outside. It is a busy road with a lot of trucks passing by, but once you step inside the gates, it gets a lot quieter. We have labs set up with hospital beds and various medical equipment for the students to practice on. It is a lot of hands-on learning here. The students wear their white uniforms and spend a good amount of time in the library or the clinical rooms. Karur can get very hot during the day, so the fans in the classrooms are always running. We have a small canteen area where everyone gathers to get their lunch and talk. The staff is mostly made up of experienced nurses and teachers from around the state.
