Vani Infradevelopers Private Limited is our small operation in Karnal. We are located at House Number 821 in Sector-9, Urban Estate. It’s a nice enough area and it’s where we do all our planning for the development work we take on. We’ve been in the 132001 zip code for some time now. Dealing with infrastructure and development in Haryana means you have to be ready for anything. Some days are just spent filling out forms and talking to the local authorities, while other days we are out on the land seeing how the work is progressing. We aren't trying to be the biggest firm out there. We just want to finish what we start. The office is basically a room in the house where we keep all the maps and blueprints. It’s usually a bit of a mess with papers everywhere, but we know where everything is. Our neighbors know us well, and we like being part of the local community here in Karnal. We don't use fancy words to describe what we do. We just build things and try to make sure the sites are safe and the work is solid. It’s a lot of coordination between the laborers and the suppliers. We’ve had our share of ups and downs like any other business, but we are still here at H.No. 821, doing our usual work. It’s been a long road but we keep going.
