Emaar Mgf

We are based at House No.-281 in New Prem Nagar, which is right in Karnal. It is a residential-looking area mostly, so it feels a bit more relaxed than an office in a big city tower. Emaar Mgf has this spot here to handle things locally in Haryana. The pin code is 132001. Most days are pretty straightforward. We come in, open up the files, and start going through what needs to be sorted for the land projects. It can get quite hot in the summers here, so the fans are always running at full speed. People from the neighborhood know us as the place where the property work happens. We don't have a big reception desk or anything like that. You just walk in and someone will probably be sitting at a desk nearby. We spend a lot of time on the phone or just organizing the documents that pile up. The house itself is sturdy and keeps the noise from the street out for the most part. It is a simple way of working. We don't use a lot of fancy technology, just what we need to get the records updated. Sometimes we have tea brought in from the shop around the corner. It's just a regular local office doing regular work day in and day out without much fuss. We try to keep the place tidy but with all the folders it is hard. It works for us though.
