It’s a bit more relaxed, but still busy enough to keep us on our toes. We’ve been here for quite some time now. Our building is just a standard setup where we manage our daily operations. We don't really go in for anything flashy. Most of our days are spent just staying on top of the work that comes in. There’s a lot of agriculture and industry around here, so we see all sorts of people through the week. The weather can be a bit extreme, really hot in the summer and cold in the winter, but we just get on with it. We don't have a huge team, just a few of us making sure everything runs correctly. Sometimes we have tea outside when the weather is nice. It’s a very practical way to spend the day. We aren't trying to impress anyone with a big office. It’s just our base in Haryana. We’ve got our own way of doing things, and it works for us. People know us in the local area. We just keep our heads down and do the job.
