Our office is at 503-L in Model Town, Panipat. It’s a decent area and we’ve been here for a good amount of time. At Vaastukala Foundations, we work on how buildings are put together from the ground up. We spend a lot of time looking at the ground and figuring out where things should go according to how the land sits. People in Model Town often come to us when they’re starting a new project. We don't have a flashy setup, just some desks and a lot of paper. It’s quiet work, mostly calculations and checking angles. Sometimes we have to explain why a certain corner shouldn't be used for a kitchen or why a window needs to be on a specific side. It’s just based on what we know. We aren't trying to sell anyone a dream, just trying to get the foundation right. The office is easy to get to if you’re in the 132103 zip code. We mostly deal with locals who are building their first home. It’s a big deal for them, so we take the time to listen. We aren't a huge company, just a few of us here doing the job.
