SANLAT CONSTRUCTION PRIVATE LIMITED is based at 2224 Sector-7, in the Urban Estate area of Karnal. We’ve been here in Haryana for a while now, and we’ve seen a lot of changes in the local landscape. Our office is a practical space where we manage our construction projects across the city. Construction is a tough business, and Karnal has its own specific challenges with the soil and the weather, but we’ve learned how to handle it. We aren't the type of company that uses a lot of corporate jargon or makes big promises we can't keep. We just show up to the site, see what needs doing, and get on with it. The team here is a mix of experienced hands and some younger guys learning the ropes. We spend a lot of time checking on progress and making sure the materials are up to the right standard. It’s not glamorous work, and there’s always a bit of mud on our boots, but it’s satisfying to see a building go from a hole in the ground to a finished home. We like being in Sector-7 because it’s easy for our suppliers to find us and it’s a good central spot for reaching our different sites. We’re just local people building for other local people, keeping things simple and honest as we go. It’s a long day usually, but seeing the final result makes it all worth the effort.
