Roseville Hotels is located right on Kunjpura Road in Karnal. We’ve been here for a good while, and most people in the area probably know the spot. It’s not a massive corporate office; it’s more of a local operation where we all know each other. We spend our time managing the hotel business and making sure everything is ready for people who come through. Karnal is a busy town, and being on Kunjpura Road means there’s always something happening outside. Inside, we’re usually busy with the day-to-day stuff like bookings, cleaning schedules, and making sure the supplies are stocked up. It’s not always smooth sailing—sometimes things break or people don't show up—but we just deal with it. We aren't into using big marketing terms or trying to sound like something we aren't. We’re just a group of people working in the hotel industry. Our office is a bit cluttered sometimes with files and notes, but that's because we’re actually working. We like being part of the local community here in Karnal. It feels good to have a business that’s stayed in one place for a long time. We don't have a mission statement on the wall; we just try to get through the daily list of things to do. It’s practical, sometimes a bit messy, but it’s how we run things.
