Hotel Jewel'S(Five Star)

Hotel Jewel'S is our place here in Karnal. We are located at 350 in the Old Housing Board Colony. The official title includes Five Star, so that is what we are aiming for in our daily routine. Being in India, especially in a spot like the Old Housing Board Colony, means we see a lot of local folks and people passing through town. The building is at pin 132001. We have been here for a while now. It is not like those giant chain hotels that feel the same in every city. We have our own way of doing things. The lobby has chairs that have seen a lot of guests over the years. We keep the rooms tidy and make sure the staff knows who is staying with us. Sometimes the street outside gets a little crowded during the market hours, but that is just part of being in this part of Karnal. We don’t have a massive marketing team or anything like that. We just have the people who work the front desk and the ones who clean the rooms. It is a practical operation where we focus on getting the basics right.
