The Institute Of Hotel Management is located at House No. 984 in Sector 6, Urban Estate, Karnal. It’s a house that we’ve set up to teach people how the hotel business actually works. We aren't a massive university campus; we are much more local and hands-on than that. Being in Haryana, we see a lot of young people who want to find good jobs in the hospitality world, so we try to show them the ropes. It is a lot of practical stuff, like how to manage a kitchen or how to deal with difficult guests at the front desk. We don't use a lot of big words or complicated theories. We just talk about what really happens when you are working in a hotel. The building itself is in a residential area, so it feels very grounded and normal. We’ve been here for a while and the neighbors know us. The classrooms are simple, and we spend a lot of time just practicing the basics. Running a school like this takes a lot of patience. You have to make sure every student understands why things are done a certain way. It’s not about being fancy; it’s about being reliable and knowing how to work hard. Karnal is a good place for this because it’s a growing city. We just keep our heads down and focus on teaching the next group of students who walk through the door. It is a steady way to spend our days.
