Roop Hospitalities LLP is what we call our business, and we are based right out of Hotel Jewells. If you are familiar with the Kunjpura Road area near NDRI in Model Town, you probably know the place. We don’t have a separate fancy office building; we just work from the hotel itself. It makes sense for us because that’s where the actual work is happening. Being near the National Dairy Research Institute means there’s always a bit of activity around. We spend our time managing the daily hospitality tasks that come up. It’s a lot of talking to guests, checking the kitchen supplies, and making sure the rooms are ready. We don't have a big corporate team; it’s just a small group of us who have been doing this for a while. Model Town is a good area to be in, and Kunjpura Road stays pretty busy. Sometimes it gets a bit hectic when there’s an event, but we just roll with it. We aren't into big speeches or fancy slogans. We just want the hotel to run smoothly every day. Most of our day is spent walking around the property or sitting in a small back room handling the accounts. It’s practical and it works for us. We’ve been part of this neighborhood for a good bit now and we like how things are right here in this part of Haryana. It's a nice place to live and work and grow. People around here are friendly and that makes the job a whole lot easier.
