Our setup here in Panipat is a bit unique because we’re located at the Petron Mess in GTB Colony. It’s in the Model Town area, which is a well-known part of the city. Since it’s a mess, there’s always a bit of a communal feel to the place. It’s not just an office; it’s where a lot of the guys stay and eat, so the atmosphere is more like a home than a corporate building. We handle the engineering and construction coordination from here. In the winters, it gets quite cold, and we’re all bundled up while we look over the project plans. Panipat is a busy place, and being in Model Town means we’re close to everything we need. The office part is just a few rooms with basic furniture and some computers. We spend a lot of time on the phone or talking to the crew about upcoming tasks. It can get a bit loud during meal times, but that’s just how it is. We don't have any fancy mission statements on the walls. We just know what needs to be done and we do it. The local area has some good spots to walk around when we need a break. Most of the people working here have been with us for a while, so we know each other's habits. It’s a practical way to live and work, keeping everyone together and focused on the daily construction grind without unnecessary distractions.
