Our office is located at House Number 303 in New Prem Nagar, Karnal. It’s a residential area, so it’s much quieter than some of the other places we’ve worked. Being in Haryana gives us a good base to manage projects in this region. The house has been converted to fit our needs, with different rooms serving as departments for the engineering and accounts work. It feels a bit more like a home than a sterile office, which we actually prefer. We have our routines here. The morning starts with checking emails and seeing what the site supervisors have reported from the field. Karnal is a nice place to work because things aren't as rushed as in the bigger cities, but we still keep a steady pace. We deal with a lot of local vendors and workers, so there is always someone coming in to discuss a delivery or a contract. We don't have a big HR department or a PR team. It’s just us. We focus on the practical side of engineering. If there’s a problem on-site, we talk it out and find a way to fix it. The desks are usually covered in files, and there’s always a pot of tea going somewhere. It’s an honest way to spend the day. We aren't trying to impress anyone with big words or shiny brochures. We just do the work that needs doing. There is no drama, just the usual grind that keeps the projects moving along.
