K.R. Anand Engineers& Contractors

We are K.R. Anand Engineers& Contractors, located right here at 342 in Shanti Nagar, which is part of Modeltown in Panipat. It’s been our home base for quite some time now. Most days it’s pretty busy around the office with people coming in and out, checking on site schedules or just grabbing a quick tea before heading back out to the projects. We do engineering and contracting work, which means a lot of paperwork and a lot of time spent on the ground. Panipat can get really dusty and loud, especially in this area, but we’ve gotten used to it over the years. Our building isn't anything fancy, just a regular spot where we get our daily tasks done and keep the files organized. Sometimes the phone doesn't stop ringing and other times it's quiet enough to actually hear the traffic outside on the main road. We started with just a couple of us and some basic tools, and slowly things grew. We don't have a big corporate lobby or anything like that, just some desks and some old maps of the local sites pinned to the walls. It feels like a real workplace because it is. People know us in the neighborhood, and we like being part of the local scene here in Haryana. It’s hard work, and the summers get incredibly hot in this part of the country, but we keep showing up every morning to get things finished.
