Larsen & Toubro Ltd

Over here in Karnal, you can find us at House No. 1723 in Sector 7. It’s a pretty standard area in Haryana, and we’ve been operating out of this spot for quite a while. We aren't in a big industrial park; it’s just a regular house that we use for the Larsen & Toubro Ltd business. It makes the workday feel a bit more personal, I think. We don't have the typical corporate atmosphere. Most of the time, the guys are in shirtsleeves, working through spreadsheets or taking calls from the sites. Karnal is a good town, and being in Sector 7 means we’re close to where we need to be. We don’t put on any airs about what we do. It’s just engineering and management work that needs to be done right. The office is a bit cluttered, to be honest, but we know where everything is. We have our routines, like the morning tea and the midday break when we talk about everything except work. It’s a straightforward environment. We don’t spend money on fancy decorations because we’d rather just focus on the projects. It’s honest work, and we try to do it as best as we can without any drama. That’s just the way we like it here in this part of India. The team shows up and keeps things rolling along smoothly.
