Fedders Lloyd Corp Ltd

We are based out of House Number 412 in ASE 1, Mohali. Being in the Chandigarh area, specifically Punjab, gives us a bit of a different pace than the big cities like Delhi. It’s a residential house that we use for the Fedders Lloyd Corp Ltd operations here. The neighborhood is mostly families, so we try to keep things low-key and not make too much noise. The street outside is lined with some greenery, which is nice when you step out for a break. We’ve been in this house for some time now. It’s got a couple of floors, and we use the ground level mostly. There’s a small porch out front where some of the staff park their scooters. Inside, it’s just regular rooms with desks squeezed in where they fit. We don’t have a big corporate lobby or anything like that. Just a door with a small nameplate. The walls are painted a simple cream color, and we have some old calendars hanging up. Sometimes the neighbor’s dog barks at the delivery guys, but mostly it’s just the sound of keyboards and the ceiling fans. We like being in Mohali because it’s easier to get around than some of the more crowded sectors. It’s a practical place to work and we don't feel the need to make it look like something it's not. We usually have our lunch together in the small back room. It is a quiet life here, but we stay busy with the work that needs to be finished.
