We are operating out of Karimnagar, specifically at H.No: 10-3-592/3 in Keshavnagar. It’s a local spot, and if you’re from around here, you probably know the lane. P. Rupa is the name on the door mostly. We’ve been doing this for a bit now, focusing on solutions for whatever technical or service issues come our way. Karimnagar isn't as big as Hyderabad, but it’s got its own pace and we like it that way. The office is part of a regular building, so it feels more like a home than a cold business center. We handle a lot of small tasks throughout the day, and the phone stays pretty busy with local calls. It’s just a few of us here, so we all end up doing a bit of everything, from answering the door to fixing whatever needs fixing. Keshavnagar is a good neighborhood, fairly quiet compared to the main market area. We don't have any big marketing team or anything like that. We just rely on people telling their neighbors about us. Sometimes we run out of chai or the printer jams right when we need it most, but we get by. It’s a practical way to run a business, just being there when someone needs a hand. We’ve got our routine down and we plan to keep at it right here in this house for as long as we can. It’s simple and it works for us. We are just local people helping other locals.
