Ivy International & Ivy Playzone School

Our school, Ivy International & Ivy Playzone School, is located at 2-10-1118 in Jyothinagar, Karimnagar. It is a bit of a unique setup because we have the playzone for the tiny ones and the regular school sections for the older kids all in one place. This means the building is often quite loud with the sounds of younger children playing and singing. We have decorated the lower floors with a lot of bright colors to make it look cheerful for the toddlers. The older students have more traditional classrooms with desks and boards. It is situated in a residential part of Jyothi Nagar, so the traffic is not too bad compared to the main roads. We have a small staff of teachers and some helpers who look after the children. Mornings are usually a big rush with parents dropping off kids on their way to work. Sometimes things get a bit messy with toys and books scattered around, but we try to tidy up before the day ends. We do not have a massive sports field, but we use the outdoor space we have for small games and activities. It is a local business and we know the people in the community well. We spend our time making sure the kids are looked after and that the daily schedule is followed. It is a busy, noisy, and very human place to spend the day in Karimnagar.
