Gopalakrishna Travels

Gopalakrishna Travels is run by the son of Rayamallu. We are located in Gopalpur in the Peddaodela area. It’s a small operation. We have a few vehicles that we use for taking people where they need to go. Mostly it’s just local trips or sometimes longer journeys if someone needs to get to the city or a different district. We don't have a big fancy office with a waiting room. Usually, people just call us or come by the house in Gopalpur to talk about a trip. We spend a lot of time on the road, which can be tiring. The roads around Peddaodela aren't always the best, so we have to spend a lot of time and money on keeping the cars in good shape. Tires wear out fast and the dust gets everywhere. We try to keep the interiors clean for the passengers but it's a constant battle. We don't have a website or anything like that. Word of mouth is how most people find us. It’s a family-run thing and we just try to be reliable. If we say we will be there at five in the morning, we try our best to be there. Sometimes the traffic is bad or a tire goes flat, and that’s just life. We’ve been doing this for a while and know all the shortcuts around the region. It’s simple work but it keeps the family busy.
