Kesoram Cement(B.K.Birla Group)

We’ve been living and working here at the Kesoram Cement colony in Basantnagar for quite some time now. My office is over at the Agm Civil quarters, specifically Qtr.No.C1-5, which is just a short walk from where most of us stay. It’s a busy place with a lot of dust and trucks moving in and out every single day, but that’s just how things go around a cement plant. Most of us have been here for years, so we all know each other’s faces. It’s not just a job; it’s basically where we live our whole lives. The weather gets pretty hot in this part of the state, especially during the summer months when the sun beats down on the staff colony buildings. We spend our mornings dealing with maintenance tasks and checking on the civil works around the site. Sometimes the paperwork gets a bit much, but we manage to get through it eventually. There isn't much to do for fun around here, so we mostly just gather at the colony shops in the evening to talk about the day. It’s a quiet life in a way, despite the constant humming of the machinery in the background. We’ve seen the plant change over the years, new buildings going up and old ones getting repaired. It's a steady kind of existence here in Basantnagar, and we just keep moving forward one day at a time without too much fuss or worry about the outside world.
