Jaypee Cement

We are located out in Gollapalli village, which is under the Raghavapur post in the Peddapalli mondal. It's part of the Karimnagar district in Andhra Pradesh. Being in a rural spot like this means we are surrounded by fields, but our yard is full of cement bags. The sun gets really hot out here, so we try to get most of the heavy loading done early in the morning before it gets unbearable. Our office is just a simple room with a fan and a couple of old desks. We handle the distribution for this whole area. Farmers and local builders come by on their tractors to pick up what they need. It can get pretty chaotic when multiple trucks arrive at once. We don't have a fancy system for tracking everything, just a big notebook where we write down the sales and who owes what. The dust is everywhere, but that’s just life in the cement business. We’ve got a few workers from the village who help with the lifting. We know everyone around here by name. It’s a small community and news travels fast. If someone is building a new house, we usually hear about it before they even come to see us. It’s a quiet life in some ways, but there is always something to be done around the warehouse. We just keep the stock ready for whenever someone needs it.
