We are located at H No 2 10 1284 on a street in Jyothinagar, which is in the Karimnagar district. This is our base in Andhra Pradesh. The office is essentially a house in a regular residential neighborhood. It’s very quiet here compared to the big cities like Hyderabad. We have a small yard in front and a simple gate. Inside, we’ve set up our workstations in the main rooms. It’s a very relaxed place to work. We don’t have a dress code or any of those corporate rules. Most of the staff live nearby, so they just walk or ride their cycles to work. We spend our time managing the telecom projects for this region. There are a lot of files and maps of the local area. We don’t have a big fancy reception area. If someone visits, they just come in and sit with us in the main room. We usually have the windows open to let the breeze in, though it gets quite hot in the afternoons. We make our own tea and usually take a longish break for lunch when the sun is at its peak. It’s a humble setup, but it’s efficient. We know everyone on the street, and they know us. We’re just a small team of dedicated people doing our part to keep things running smoothly in this corner of the state without any fuss.
