Daudsar Farmer Producer Company Limited started because the farmers in our part of Churu needed a better way to get things done. We are located right in Daudsar village, specifically at Byota Ram’s place. If you are from around Ratangarh, you know how the weather is here. It’s dry and can be pretty tough on the crops, so we have to stick together to manage everything. We aren't a big corporation with people in suits. We are just local guys who know the soil here in Rajasthan. Our days are spent talking about rain, or the lack of it, and how to get the best out of the land we have. It’s a lot of manual work and coordination. Sometimes we meet under the trees to discuss the prices or what seeds we should buy for the next planting. Being in Churu means we have to be practical. We don't spend money on fancy advertisements or shiny brochures. Most people around here know us by name anyway. We just wanted a legal way to work as a group, so we set this company up. It helps with the paperwork and buying stuff in bulk. We are just trying to keep the farms running and make sure our kids have a future here. It’s not always easy, but having the office here in Daudsar makes it feel like home. The heat can be a lot, but the work doesn't stop.
