Special Munch Punjabi Rasoi

Special Munch Punjabi Rasoi is located on Nakodar Road in the Satnampura area of Phagwara. We’ve been serving Punjabi food here for a while. It’s a busy road, so there’s always a lot of dust and noise outside, but we try to keep the inside clean. We are just a local kitchen, nothing too fancy. The staff is mostly family or people we’ve known for years. We make the food like we do at home, without using any strange ingredients. The seating is basic, just enough for people to sit and eat their lunch or dinner. We get a lot of travelers passing through Phagwara who stop in because they’re hungry. The kitchen stays busy with the tandoor and the dal. Sometimes we run out of certain items if the supply truck is late, but we usually have something else to offer. We don't have a website or anything like that. People just find us by driving past on Nakodar Road. It’s a straightforward business. We wake up, prep the vegetables, and start cooking. If you want a meal that isn't complicated, this is the place. We’re just here doing our work every day. The neighborhood knows us well by now, and we know most of them too. It’s a good community to be in. We just focus on the food and let everything else take care of itself.
