Lazeez Murg Chicken Hut

We started Lazeez Murg Chicken Hut on Chandigarh Road in Phagwara a few years back. If you are heading down that way, you will find us right across from the London Dream Palace. It is a busy stretch of road, especially when there are events going on at the palace. Our place is not big or fancy, just a simple hut where we focus on cooking chicken. We spend most of our mornings getting the kitchen ready and making sure the supplies are delivered on time. The traffic outside can be pretty loud, but we are used to it by now. Most of our customers are locals from Phagwara or people driving through to the next town. We do not have a big corporate team or anything like that. It is just a few of us who show up every day to work. Sometimes the floors are a bit dusty from the road, but we try our best to keep everything clean. We do not use any fancy marketing talk because that is not who we are. We just cook the food and serve it to whoever comes in. Some nights we are busier than others, especially on the weekends. We stay open late until the last customer is satisfied. It is a lot of standing on our feet and working near the heat, but it is a good way to make a living. We just want to provide a decent meal to the people in our neighborhood.
