Techno Toools

Our place, Techno Toools, is over in the Uptron Estate in Panki. Being in Kanpur Nagar means it’s a fairly industrial setting. We’re at number 6. It’s a practical workspace, not a showroom. The floors are concrete and there’s always the smell of metal and oil in the air. That’s just part of the job. We’ve been in this spot for years, and we’ve seen plenty of other businesses come and go. We just keep doing what we do. It’s not always easy, especially when the power goes out or when shipments are delayed, but we deal with it. We don't have a dedicated sales team or a big office staff. It’s mostly just the people who know the tools and the equipment. We spend our time making sure things are built right or sorted correctly. If someone calls with a question, they usually talk to whoever is closest to the phone. We don't use much fancy language because we don't see the point. We just want to provide what people need for their projects. The area in Panki is quite busy, so there’s always something going on outside our doors. We like being part of the local industry here in Uttar Pradesh. It’s a tough environment sometimes, but it’s where we belong. We keep our heads down and stay focused on the work at hand every day.
