We’re located at 101, Y Block, in the Yog Tower. You can find us in Civil Lines, Kanpur. A good way to locate the building is to look for the Turnip Restaurant; we’re right near that turn. Civil Lines is one of those parts of Kanpur that has a lot of history and character. Yog Tower is a bit of an older building, but it suits us just fine. Since we do decorating work, our office is usually a bit crowded with samples, fabrics, and sketches. It’s not a perfectly organized place, but we like the creative mess. There’s always someone coming in or going out to a job site. We’ve been here for years, and the Sarawagi name is well-known around these streets. You might hear the sounds of the city through the windows, or the clatter of plates from the restaurant nearby. We don't have a big corporate lobby. When you walk into our space, you’re right in the middle of where the work happens. There are rolls of paper in the corners and color palettes on the tables. It’s a lived-in office where real decisions get made. We spend our mornings planning and our afternoons usually out on the road. Kanpur-208001 is home to us. We’re just local people doing what we know how to do, day after day, from our little corner in Y Block. It keeps us busy and we wouldn't have it any other way.
