A & T Activity Event Services

A & T Activity Event Services is based out of Tara Raju Cottege. The address is 112/1-A on Benajhawar Road. We are in the Arya Nagar area of Kanpur. If you know the neighborhood, we are right in front of Vedanta Hospital. It’s a very busy part of Kanpur. There are always ambulances and cars moving around because of the hospital. Our place is more like a house that we use for our office. It’s got a bit of a homey feel to it, which we like. It’s not one of those cold, glass office buildings. We do all our event planning and activity organizing from here. Kanpur is a tough city sometimes, with the dust and the heat, but Arya Nagar is a decent place to be. We have a few rooms filled with files and some old event props. It gets a bit chaotic when we have a big project coming up. We don't have a big staff, just a few of us who know how to get things done. Benajhawar Road is a main artery, so we are easy to find, but hard to park near. We usually just meet people inside and offer them some water while we talk about what needs to happen. It’s a straightforward way of working. No big corporate talk. We just sit around the table and figure out the schedule for the next week.
