Event India

Our office is at N-83 in Kidwai Nagar, right near the stadium in Kanpur. Event India is the name on the door, but really we are just a small group of people who enjoy putting things together. Days are spent making calls and checking on supplies. Being near the stadium means it's always busy around here, which keeps things interesting. No fancy words are used to describe what we do. Helping people organize their gatherings, whether it's a small party or something bigger, is the main task. A lot of paperwork is involved that people don't see, and desks are usually covered in notes and receipts. Plenty of time is spent out of the office, checking venues or meeting with people who provide the food and music. Coordination takes up most of the energy. Kanpur can be a chaotic city, so staying organized is a goal, even if it doesn't always look like it. This isn't some big high-end agency with polished floors. The office is practical and meant for working. We’ve been in Kidwai Nagar for a while and feel like part of the neighborhood now. Stress happens when deadlines are close, but pushing through is necessary. We aren't here to impress anyone with talk, we just want to get things sorted out and make sure the event happens.
