Kalinga Architecture

Kalinga Architecture is located at 7/198. It’s a small spot, nothing too flashy, but it’s where we do all our work. Usually, you’ll find two or three of us here surrounded by a mess of blueprints and half-drunk cups of coffee. We’ve been working on buildings for a long time, and we mostly just focus on getting the plans done correctly. There isn't a receptionist to greet you, so you usually just walk in and find us at the big table in the back. We talk to folks about their land and what they hope to build on it. Some people want big houses and others just want a simple shed or a wall fix, and we treat it all about the same. It takes a lot of patience to get the permits and the drawings to match up with what the local rules say. We spend hours looking at those thin lines on the paper. Sometimes our eyes get tired, so we take a walk outside for a bit. We don't have a big philosophy or anything. We just know how to draw and how to make sure a roof stays up. The walls of our office are covered in old projects that we never bothered to take down. It’s just how we work here at 7/198, keeping things plain and getting the drawings finished.
